Diagnostics testing for under-served communities

Saving costs, travel time, and substantial inconvenience by locating directly in needing and under-served communities.
Cordia Corp is a Medical Diagnostic Company that is primarily focused on providing direct, in-community diagnostic testing for under-served communities. By locating directly within the community, results and services are directly returned to the client and eliminate the need to send out samples to national testing labs or send patients to more urban areas for the testing, saving the clients costs, travel time and substantial inconvenience. In-community services are needed to serve a growing population and we, at Cordia, believe this need is going to continue until all needing communities are served properly. Our experienced management team and corporate objectives are built around years of successfully servicing the medical needs of these under-served communities.
Types of clinics that we look to acquire and or develop include Hospice, Wellness Clinics, FDA Pharmaceutical Co, full service labs and diagnostics. Currently, Cordia has executed LOIs or is in the process of negotiating LOIs to purchase more than [100] such diagnostic testing facilities that, when completed, are expected to generate in excess of $30 million in annual revenues and substantial profits.
COVID has proven the need for diagnostic testing facilities located directly in the underserved communities. The ability to diagnose illnesses such as COVID, the flu, or other highly contagious pathogens in a very timely manner has proven to be one of the most effective ways to limit it's spread. Cordia believes that the demand for local facilities directly within underserved facilities is nearly endless and will begin to capitalize on this demand through both acquisitions and through internal growth.
Cordia Corp intends to internally develop and acquire assets that involve detection and prevention of severe and chronic disease specifically located within underserved communities.
The first of such businesses will be the acquisition and development of diagnostic testing facilities. As we have learned from COVID, there is an unmet need for such facilities. Asking patients to travel long distances and incur substantial costs for testing is not a realistic solution; waiting days for test results to be returned from a national testing lab provides unacceptable delays when trying to limit the spread of highly contagious pathogens. Cordia is working to acquire the first group of testing diagnostic facilities and will then continue to grow its footprint through both additional acquisitions and internal growth.
The Company intends to develop or acquire clinic services to accompany its testing diagnostic facilities. The synergies between local clinics and testing diagnostic facilities are many and the need for both within the underserved communities is desperately needed, as a post COVID-world has shown. This powerful combination means a full service offering to those most in need. Especially at a time when transportation costs are at an all time high due to inflation, services such as these are vital for a healthy and vibrant community.
Cordia also believes that an additional, highly profitable revenue source can be developed from the data it gathers from these medical facilities. Medical data from patients in underserved communities is in demand and is underrepresented in as a percentage of the general population. Based on the recent $28 billion acquisition of Cerner by Oracle, each medical record is worth approximately $140. We believe that we can quickly gather millions of medical records and dramatically increase the value of Cordia by monetizing these records as well as providing much needed services to our communities.
The Company has a highly experienced Management team with more than 100 years of combined experience to handle the operations, acquisitions, and integrations.
